• • Privacy-first processing with temporary storage of input and output on AWS S3 for up to 30 days to enable download (encrypted; auto-deleted thereafter)

2. Acceptable Use

You may use our service for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You must be 16 or older to use the service.

Prohibited uses include:

• • Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise our AI models
• • Using automated systems to overload our servers
• • Violating intellectual property rights of others
• • Processing images containing personal data without a lawful basis (e.g., consent where required)

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to images you upload and process through our service. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your original images or the processed results.

Limited License to Provide the Service: By using the service, you grant us a limited, revocable license to receive, host, cache, process, store, and make available your images and results solely to operate the service and to enable your downloads for up to 30 days. This license ends when the files are deleted from our systems.

Our Technology: The AI models, algorithms, and software powering our service are our proprietary technology or used under appropriate licenses. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our technology.

4. Privacy and Data Handling

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Uploaded images are processed and stored temporarily on AWS S3 so you can download the results; they are automatically deleted after up to 30 days. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. You may delete a file earlier via the delete option where available.

5. Service Availability
